This is my 5th or 6th Travelon bag so I can say I'm a die-hard fan but this is by far my favourite. I like the look of this bag but it's too narrow to really fit in the things you always have to carry around. The material is thin and anything you put in the outside pockets will stick out. There's also a 3 inch area around the top zipper that collapses when closed, making the design look cheap and poorly made. Not suitable as an organizer bag for everyday use or travel. The item I received does not match the picture. The listing clearly shows a black bag with light metal zippers/inserts, including a decorative chain on the side that looks pretty cute. The product I received does not have a decorative chain and the zippers are black. She's just all black. I love the bag and this is the right size I like to carry. However, as others have said, the photo on Revain is not representative of what you will receive. Black/grey metal zip and hardware. The front zipper looks shiny, but that's because it's metal and not nylon like other zippers. I took a chance getting the gold hardware as pictured but that's not what I got. This Travelon organizer is ideal for medium sized bags. Not small, but definitely not average. Fits everything I need and still has space. The bag is very stylish made of shiny black material with gold colored hardware. I literally ordered 10 different Travelon and Bagallini shoulder bags before settling on this one. My bag didn't have a D ring or Travelon tag on the front of the bag but to be honest I'm so glad. Maybe it's Travepon, whoops, that's why they decided to sell on Revain. Very happy
