Based on my experience, these sneakers are perfect for both a casual look and as a workout shoe .The fashionable design caught my eye, but the comfort and support kept me wearing them all day. The traction on the BOTTOM of the shoe is great for a multitude of surfaces. The only downside is they may not be suitable for someone needing high arch support..
