Review on 🐠 OASE Biomaster Thermo Indoor Aquatics by Latoya Luckett

The temperature on the thermometer does not match the temperature in the tank. I understand it can be a few degrees off, but my tank is consistently about 10 degrees off the thermostat. I have contacted OASE support multiple times and they told me that while the Biomaster 350 Thermo is rated for a 90 gallon tank, the heater in it is only rated for 55 gallons. Their solution was to provide a separate heater which completely defeats the purpose of this canister. They said to use the Biomaster 600 Thermo but refused to supply a replacement. A junk company that clearly has design flaws and misleading marketing. Never again Oase products.
