Exactly as described, OEM parts. In our case the toilet was installed about 5 or 6 years ago. We had several inches of flooding and had to redo our house. I removed the toilet and saved it to put back in later. I chose to replace the bolts and gaskets between the cistern and cup as they are (generally) quite inexpensive and installing a toilet with the cistern removed is much easier. There is no need to risk a leak in a newly renovated home by trying to reuse rubber parts that have undergone some compression. Parts were included and fit perfectly as promised.
