Review on New Star Foodservice 50165 Pizza Peel with Wooden Handle, 12 x 14 inch Aluminum Blade, 36 inch Overall Length by Cesar Danger

A built in outdoor pizza oven and trying to use a spatula didn't work. We then tried a wooden pizza skin, better but too thick to get under the pizza when trying to turn the pizza over while it was baking in the oven. This pizza turner was the ticket, a long beautiful wooden handle, well made. We drilled a hole in the top of the wooden handle so we can hang it up when not in use. You won't be disappointed, slides right under cake, easy to clean.
