Ideal for lubricating Zojirushi paddle hubs that tend to seize over time. Since the hub is not removable for maintenance, the usual solution is to replace the entire baking pan (expensive). I turned the pan upside down, removed the snap rings and washers, tapped the hub with a hammer until I could loosen it and get it working again, then poured a few drops of this grease onto the shaft and left it under the for some time gravity soak days. After replacing the washers and snap rings the bread pan has been working great for over two months now and the hubs still spin freely. Low viscosity, high temperature stability and suitability for food processing applications make this lubricant an ideal choice for this repair. I saved nearly $100 over the cost of replacing a loaf pan!
