I'm a pilot and I really needed a 7.9 inch iPad mini 4 with cellular and GPS but I didn't want to spend more than $500 on a new one. I saw some bad reviews about this seller who shipped the wrong devices etc. But I pulled the trigger because these guys were the only ones selling this particular device at this price point. I can say that I am very satisfied with my purchase. I'm a picky person and I couldn't find a single fault with the device. He looked brand new. Once I charged it, I took it on my flight the next day using apps like ForeFlight on a cross-country flight that lasted about 2 hours. To my surprise, the iPad only drained about 30%, so I knew the battery was fine (Foreflight uses GPS and keeps the screen on all the time). In conclusion, these guys sell a reliable refurbished product. If you have any doubts I would say go ahead. The money saved is worth it. And I can honestly say it's just like a brand new iPad. The only downside I would like to say is that the 12 volt power adapter is not Apple original. It says "designed by China in China" and there are a few typos in the rest of the text. BUT it does its job by charging the device.
