Only two stars so far. The instruction manual is useless! It doesn't give you any details about the settings. Bluetooth phone volume is much lower than radio. So when you hang up, the radio will swamp you if you can't turn it off fast enough. I can't find a way to balance the volume between them in the settings tooltips. Although bluetooth seems to work fine for phone calls. The cable that runs between the radio and the backup camera is only 18 feet long, which isn't enough to keep the Ford Expedition looking clean. I had to hook up an extra 6ft of cable to get to the radio. The rear camera works well but is cheaply made. The mounting kit purchased for this will not fit the radio itself. This is Metra part number 950-5026. Its faceplate overlaps the control buttons on the left side of the radio itself. I had to modify it so I could fit the radio in my car. It looks horrible. If anyone has any suggestions for adjusting the volume between bluetooth and the radio and for a mount that doesn't cover the front of the radio, please reply. I'll re-evaluate this when I can figure out the volume discrepancy. As far as assembly goes, that's not the stereo manufacturer's fault. Update: After playing around with it and contacting manufacturer support via email about my Bluetooth issue, they worked with me and sent me a replacement stereo. It's free! They didn't even ask for the defective device to be returned. That helped. The new radio works great with my Bluetooth phones. This is a great rear camera stereo for the price. So I've raised my rating to 4 stars.
