Easy replacement of a noisy/stuck gate. Everything you need in one package for one price. Comes with a new bottom seal and all the parts needed to fix my stuck closed gate. My Aria II was making a very loud noise while flushing and I knew I had to do something soon. Eventually, under full load, it stalled in the closed position. I called Thetford Tech and they suggested opening the gate manually by turning the handle. I tried that and it didn't work. When I called tech support they said the assembly needed to be replaced and even gave me a part number. Revain had a slightly better price but faster shipping. (2 days vs 7-10 days from Thetford. It took about an hour in total. The bowl came out easily, I replaced all the parts that came with the kit and it works like new. I've seen other blogs about this unit , but fix this easily Just a bit more hassle than replacing the entire toilet in your house Slightly cramped workspace Definitely choose the whole kit, not just the motor It's a bit more money but a lot easier to install and everything will be new part does not work.
