The Nathan Shadow Pak does the job; I can carry my iPhone (with a clip-on hard case) and house keys while I run and it doesn't bounce or get uncomfortable in that regard. Aside from those two items, I can only fit a couple of IDs/cards in really comfortably. The included special recognition element is a joke - this is an oddly shiny material that cannot be written on with a normal ink pen, and the pen or marker writing on the surface will immediately smudge. It's also too small to simply stick on an address label. My advice is just carry real ID with you. Size wise I'm a petite woman, size 4 and wear it around my natural waist to avoid being carried on my hips. With a small enough setting, excess fabric will flap uncomfortably in the wind, even after using a special piece holding the extra straps. And finally, I agree that I look super silly wearing this. But I'd rather look like an idiot and have my phone/keys than fall down a hole and die because I can't call for help. :)
