We live in a hot climate so I was happy with the lightweight fabric. It's a little thinner than a regular t-shirt. The legs are wide enough for him to move around easily. My main issue with them is the stitching on the velcro straps. They used a straight stitch, so the first time you unfastened the Velcro, it pulled at the seams and started puckering the fabric. My other issue is that the velcro is positioned so that my kid can pull his hand out every night. I tend to have skinny babies so I'm going to move the soft velcro a little further around the back so I can pull it tighter and sew them back on with a heavier zig zag stitch. They're pretty short. . My son is almost 4 months old, he is a bit smaller and can already stretch his bottom a bit. Overall I'd say it's worth the price, especially if you can re-sew if the stitching comes undone.
