Nice strong mug - I use it for coffee at work. An old slim Starbucks mug ended up breaking, so I bought this as a replacement. The grip is good and solid, the lid fits well. At 16 ounces with the lid, you have to hold back as it's a bit deep, but that's ok because it seals really well. The original cap I received had the vent hole drilled in the wrong place and when I called the company they found that a small batch had been shipped with this defect. They sent me a replacement in the mail quickly and without any problems. Several people at work looked at the mug in surprise as it looks (to them I think) like a beer mug. I like the design because it is very stable on the table compared to tall narrow cups and there are no annoying splashes that sometimes happen with tall narrow cups.
