This is a 1/16" radius round router bit. With a small radius you need to be sure your wood is perfectly flat and the edge is right (Any wrap or rounding of the edges gives a poor result. The quality of the tip itself is typically Freud - excellent. The 1/4" shank is perfect for such an easy rounding. The carbide is well ground. I bought this tip for the store - Bought walnut furniture and it worked perfectly. If I didn't have to assemble the other parts I would probably use a plane or hand sand the radius Freudian parts (most of which are available at Revain for a good price) can be found at freudtools.com .
