I have used this product for many years now, primarily because it was what everyone else had been using as well - but also due in part that they offered great service when we needed help with our account setup! They are constantly improving their software which makes them one step ahead compared others products out there at similar price points or free options (like HubSpot). It's fairly difficult integrating into multiple CRMs without some work involved if you're not familiar/comfortable doing so yourself; however support has gotten better over time from having more people working directly at Pardot HQ instead of just employees who may be far away geographically speaking? Not sure about other customers' experiences here though as my team mainly uses Salesforce anyway via SF1 & 2 licenses plus an additional license for API access through Jitterbit integration wtihout needing another sales force org licence too- yay!!
