I like the ability to see the different data points across the different platforms in one place. I have used this product for many years now, primarily because it was what everyone else had been using as well - but also due in part that they offered great service when we needed help with our account setup! They are constantly improving their software which makes them one step ahead compared others products out there at similar price points or free options (like HubSpot).
