First off, I don't write reviews all that often. When I received my bed set I put it in the wash and immediately after drying put it on my bed. When I woke up the next morning I noticed a hole along the stitching of one of the pillowcases, which was obviously a defect. After contacting the company a few days later I received a reply from a gentleman named Dave saying they would send a replacement free of charge. All I wanted was a pillowcase and again they prepared a full set of sheets for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for soft, comfortable sheets and I will probably buy them for all my other beds.
