This product was exactly what I wanted for my daughter and since fiber helps her with chronic constipation I felt it was a win-win. Only about 2 weeks, a week on full dose and she goes longer. HUGE performance. The thing is, I have to FIGHT her, beg her and chase her to get her. With a consumption of 4, this is a side job. We continue to hope that she will "join with the program." I just want it not to be 4 and for her to enjoy the taste. If these were two different things I wouldn't hesitate to give these 5 stars oh and buy them at Costco! Update: It's been about 2 months and thanks to this and Culturelle probiotics I'm completely out of laxatives. We do 2 of these in the morning, 2 more in the evening. She gets 1 culture at AM/PM. It changed our lives. So thankful for this product!
