I have coarse red hair that usually needs intensive care. I'm growing it back out (I usually have waist length hair and cut it short every few years) and only started using shampoo and conditioner about 6 months ago so I had to find a way to fix my hair without the to spend all day doing it. . in the shower. I bought this bar with some reservations because I've never been able to use a product that's supposed to be 2-in-1, but I was very pleasantly surprised! The hair is clean, light and soft! A bit fluffy, but a night's sleep solves that problem. The only issue I have with this particular bar (and the reason it didn't get 5 stars) is that it contains patchouli and I hate that smell! But with other ingredients, this scent is not overpowering. If a company makes a 2-in-1 bar without patchouli, I'll grab it right away!
