This item makes the North Gate Playground even more dangerous. The gate locking mechanism is weak and cheap and not a reliable lock at all. A little strength, like a 9 month old baby learning to stand and exercising his newfound mobility. Below is my basic playground report. This article is dangerous. The sidewalls have tremendous flex as they have absolutely no support between the plates. There is absolutely no support for the walls. If your child is mobile, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! In addition, it was difficult for the child to move. It's pretty easy. Granddaughter hasn't figured it out yet, but I'm guessing she's only had a day or two to figure out how to pick it up. There's a reason cribs don't have rails on the side walls, baby will climb on them. Scared to death to see what a 9 month old little granddaughter did with this item. I have no idea how on earth these items got so many good 4 and 5 star reviews. My granddaughter may be a super baby but I'm guessing she did what any 9 month old cell phone would do with this thing. Believe me. You will see the same as me. This thing looked so dangerous I don't understand how this product is still being sold.
