Scratches, dirt, used.

When we received the package, it already looked open on the box. I looked inside and one was scratched with no protective film and the other with both protective films. Looks like we have one that was already open and messed up. Also, some weird dirt, similar to dirt, was stuck to the outside. Live looks worse.
