Many ideas are conceptually correct, but their implementation can fail. This is also the case with this belt: make it extra long and have the customer cut it to the right length. Fine on paper, but in reality most people don't have the option of trimming the end of the belt to make it look like it wasn't made in a butcher shop. I ordered a size 38/40 and the strap that arrived was a whopping 52 inches long. It came with a hole punch to make more holes for a custom fit, but unless you're a leatherworker finishing the end can be an issue. I sent my package and found something more suitable, already measured and ready.
