So the sizing chart doesn't quite match the sizing, but I ordered a size large for my 42" chest measurement. The breeze of a deep chemical smell. what you get from a moldy leather boot. I'm not happy with it because it has seeped into the materials, I've tried hand washing it with soap and water and the smell still lingers, maybe not that bad but still evident. I give 3 stars because it's Amazon, I didn't expect good quality when I bought it cheap. But I strongly recommend that if you need suspension, just buckle up and pay the Mr.S-Leather price. I'm ordering one from there today and I don't know this one, might try to keep it and give it to a puppy friend but I don't know. It's not a big deal if you're on a budget and don't mind smelling like an old shoe.
