The chair is almost exactly what I wanted: comfortable, supportive and with mesh to keep it from getting too hot or cold. However, the creaking of the spring is ridiculously loud and unbearable. The main spring of the backrest is made of plastic and it seems impossible to stop the noise. WD40 and silicone lube don't help at all. When I work late at night, every time I get up or sit down, everyone in the house gets woken up. I would return the chair if it wasn't such a hassle to pack it up. Probably just throw it away once I find a suitable replacement. **Update after a year of owning the chair: After spraying silicone lube on the underside of the chair, I finally resolved most of the squeak issues. Now the rolls are starting to break. The holes in the base where the casters attach are all torn. The wheels either fall out or tilt at such an angle that the chair doesn't roll. Apparently the guarantee is useless as the officestar(.)net website is down and emails to the sales team bounce due to a bad address. If I could deduct the one star I gave I would.
