Review on Centric Parts 111 07580 Brake Shoe by Sean Sheppard

This part does not meet OEM specifications for the 2008 Subaru Legacy GT/spec.B. and probably other Subaru models. While the piece itself is of good quality, the "studs" hammered into the piece are too thin and too short. The emergency brake connector passed through the pin is longer than the middle part of the pin and as a result the C-clip, which needs to be placed in the groove at the end of the pin, cannot be placed on the pin to secure the connection. . Likewise, removing the pins from the old part to use in place of the new part's pins won't work because the old pins are thicker and won't fit in the tiny hole used for the new part's pins.
