I'd like to say straight away that this isn't a silver bullet; There are some squeaks it may not be able to handle. Probably because the liquid cannot be injected exactly where it is needed. However, I find that it works about 80% of the time and the bottle is large enough to be used in many places. I'm renovating an old house with a lot of squeaky floors and this stuff is really impressive. Not just because it works (seriously, you should have heard about this house beforehand, it was crazy, the roof was leaking badly and I kind of thought we had to do a full floor redo because of all the water damage), but and because it is very approachable. I have used this in conjunction with another product called squeak remover which I use when I have access to under floor joists. The only way to really use this particular product is if you have access to an unfinished basement where you can get to these joists. So for premium hardwood floors this product was a good choice and I really enjoyed using it. Odorless, easy to clean, the syringe works well. I had a few smaller syringes on hand and although it takes longer to suck up the liquid I can inject at much shorter intervals which I think also helped make it as effective as possible. I just bought a second bottle and look forward to using it too :)
