Love the bright colour, the multiple pockets (2 piping on the outside and one on the chest plus two inside pockets) and the promise of total waterproofness. However, the hood mount that attaches it to the body has a valve on the body that is likely to "catch" the rain from the hood and seep through the zipper or drip onto the face flaps and go inside. Jacket in the slow, steady rain, and it can't keep the water out. It quickly began running down my shoulder and both arms, soaking my shirt in just a few minutes. While the material used for the jacket can hold water, the seams don't appear to be able to hold water. That's the main purpose of the "RAINCOAT" - right? I have to return it and buy another waterproof jacket that actually keeps me dry in the rain. Please provide details for returns and refunds.
