Review on PCTV Deluxe Tuner and Video, powered by Pinnacle, with USB 2.0 connectivity by Mark Hamblin

I bought this product to watch TV on my PC. I bought the USB version as I am running out of PCI slots on my Dell 8200 running XP. Installation was easy, but the software is quite buggy. Every time I closed the PCTV application, I got a "Windows has encountered an error" popup. Also, I bought a DVD burner and after installing the DVD burner software, my PCTV software would not start. So I had to reinstall the PCTV software to get it working. After about 6 days, the PCTV software stopped working again. I checked Pinnacle's website for updated software, but their website had an older version than what actually came with the product. After all that, I decided to return it and just put a small TV next to the computer.
