I want them to have a chart.

Small is relative, isn't it? Well I have a four pound dog that I take to socialization classes - she is 16 weeks old and this collar was the same width as her neck height! She HATED it. I ended up with a tiny cat collar that was about half the width of this one. I'm not saying this is a bad collar, it's just too big for my little pup. If there was a chart of collar weights and sizes I would probably throw it out just because it doesn't fit my little girl.
