I thought it would be easy to find an extension cord or surge protector with a 12 volt trigger. After several hours of searching, I found this panamax device. High-quality surge protection and power filtering, and four high-current outputs are controlled by a 12V trigger switch. I needed something to drive three monoblock power amps and it worked great. I have a preamp and surround amp connected to unswitched outputs and three all-in-ones connected to a controlled output that the preamp now turns on and off.
