This case saved my phone. I dropped it in a parking lot and the phone landed hard on the corner. At first I thought my phone was shattered but, it was just the case that was broken. Very broken! But all of pieces stayed together. It def did it’s job. I was disappointed to see that I couldn’t order only the top portion. I contacted the seller about purchasing only the top. I received slow responses (later explained they were on vacation) so I ordered an identical case. Later, the seller emailed me to tell me they were shipping a new case to me. I’ll have a back up to my replacement I guess. Not superb customer service due to slow responses but I appreciate the communication and that they are sending a new case when it’s my fault the first one broke.I’ll continue to buy this brand in the future.
