I like that you can log in anytime to see what is going where for your employees! It's very detailed with all information about each employee including timesheets submitted etc., which makes it easy when trying out new software or changes of personnel at our office - if there are any issues we needn't be concerned as much (if only because everything has been set up!).
We also have an app so everyone doesn’t even know they're working from home unless asked by someone else who knows them personally; this helps keep morale high since people don't feel singled out nor do others worry their co workers will think badly upon seeing how many hours were logged during normal business operations vs vacation time taken off after being sick/illness occurred outside regular schedule). This takes some getting used too but once learned benefits greatly outweigh initial learning curve. Nothing really right now other than minor bugs here&there such as entering dates into specific weeks instead one week per day sometimes not.
