Review on Gatco 4125 Tavern Twin Robe Hook: Stylish and Functional Polished Nickel Hook for Your Bathroom by Jim Booth

I bought 5 units of Gatco Tavern Polished Nickel Hardware. The finish looks very nice and the hardware feels average weight. Not as heavy as solid brass hardware, but much better than cheap contract quality stamped metal hardware. Excellent value for money and I think it looks a lot more expensive. So overall three stars instead of five due to a missing part and lack of customer support. One of the 5 items was missing a fastening screw. I emailed Gatco asking for a replacement but they ignored my request. There isn't even an answer to "Sorry, but we can't help". I can probably get a set screw from Home Depot or a hardware store, though.
