Huge improvement over the included Samsung remote.
The remote control that came with my Samsung was VERY basic. It was difficult even changing the channel. You had to select a menu and then use the arrow keys to select each number. And it was too easy to make a mistake. With it you just enter the number - like you should be able to! The Smart Hub menu and features and everything else I've tried works fine.
