I have another YI camera and now I have a YI dome. I have to say I like the dome better as it can tilt and rotate almost 360 degrees. I have yet to buy 2 or maybe 3 and haven't used my other YI camera which doesn't move at all. I needed this because I will be having a newborn and the old camera was already great for spotting baby crying, but this dome allows me to rotate to the area I want to rotate. I also like that you don't have to subscribe to a plan to use the dome. I have an SD memory card. What I like best is that I can log in and check on my kids when I'm not at home or at work.
