This is a proper dust bag replacement clip but if you look at your Dyson it's made in one piece from the side of the canister. You can pull out the broken one because it's broken, but there's no way you can put that piece of plastic in place without bending it to the point where it breaks. The only replacement is coming from Dyson and requires a brand new jar which hasn't made me happy but hopefully this will help you avoid wasting your time and effort ordering from Dyson later and running no longer than a month which is my deadline was. Borrowing a vacuum and being grateful wasn't fun!
