It was well packaged, clean and tidy - it even came with an 'instruction manual'. Installed in my HP M276nw, door closed, then calibrated the printer and realized that these are not "genuine" HP supplies (it's ok, they still work and show ink levels). Haven't typed too much yet so can't speak to durability (I left 4 stars for a bit of leeway) but if you're a regular home office or a solo user I think you'll be happy. I printed some test pages with toner, the quality is normal for standard printing. No stains or toner spatter. The text is clear enough. Just buy it. If you want super high quality, you probably don't
