Too small to be useful. I sent it back right away.
I did not like the product at all. I used to have a thera reed that worked great and thought it would be the same. But when it arrived it was too small to be really useful. I'm not a very tall person, but this doesn't fit very comfortably over my shoulder on my back. I sent it back after trying to use it. I wouldn't buy this again and should have just gone with the Thera reeds I knew and loved.
