Easy to use, great support in ticket system, very responsive team. I like how they are transparent about their pricing. The price is a bit high for small migrations but the cost gets split between multiple users with large migration needs. Support is also lacking in some areas (the FAQs don’t have answers in them where things are not clear). It looks like it's a well-run company with top-notch employees. They have a product which has been working flawlessly since 2011 (for me) so there was no reason to look at other alternatives. We were able to migrate 100+ PST mailbox accounts from MS Exchange 2010 to Office 365.
