I was offered this at the Review, but I did not sew at all. I wanted a tape measure to keep track of my measurements while trying to lose weight. I have several other tailor style straps and most of the latter are poor quality and flimsy. The 2 bands you roll are the same thickness and material as the higher quality bands. They are made from a woven fiberglass material so they are much more durable and feel better than lower quality tapes. One is 5ft and the other is 10ft. But it's not my favorite of the set. The one with the handle is my favorite. This strap wraps around you and hooks onto the end of the handle. When the button is pressed, the ribbon will be fed as far as possible, and when it is released, the ribbon will stop feeding. I'll take the tape off and see what my measurements are. This is particularly useful for reading waist measurements. It takes up a little more space than the others, but it's earned a special place in my closets. There's another small tape measure that seems to be the perfect travel size. The tape in it also seems to be of good quality, although not quite like the tapes you wind up with. I plan to pack it in my car as it takes up so little space. Overall I really like this set and I'm surprised by the volume I like the most in the set. If you want quality tapes and not ones that look like they're about to fall apart, this should be on your list.
