I did nutrition research before switching 3 of my dogs to BB, started about 4 months ago, they all liked the food but after about I started 6 weeks into the transition. Please note that two of my dogs have very dull coats and both have lost tufts of hair (before winter) which is strange for them. One of them became quite lethargic and started drinking more. Went to the vet, no real problems with the blood test - started researching more and found a few posts online about possible heavy metal contamination in BB products - decided to research both diet and possible contamination more carefully. I separated them all from BB 2 months ago and have noticed a dramatic positive change in both their looks and activity levels. Dogs are much happier without BB.
