but it's beautiful and I'm happy as it is.

This was one of the hardest socks I've ever worked on but it's beautiful and I'm very happy with how it turned out :). I warn you, this will take a long time :p. I used a different material for the lining, inserted the lining and lined it with gold lace so it doesn't all match the buttstock, but it's easy to do. Because the colors are so close together; It was hard to see and follow at times, but it made the details so much better. I probably wouldn't recommend this as a first stocking; This can sometimes prove very disappointing.
