My son bought me a dude robe as a gift. I was so excited that there is nothing like finally getting a day to relax and do nothing! When a day like this is over it's great to have a robe like this to relax, feel comfortable and not look like a jerk when someone walks in. I thanked my son and a few days after the party was over I gave it a try. and was sad it was the wrong size. I contacted the company who immediately told me to put it back in the original packaging and send it back. I informed them that the box went in the trash along with all the boxes I opened at the party. The owner himself told me to send it to him personally and he will take care of it. He was so cool with me and seemed excited to get me the right product to see my reaction to the robe. Well, not only did he pass it on to me, he also sent me a nice message and a little bonus gift. He arrived at my office. I won't lie, I tried it on there and didn't want to take it off. My colleagues were delighted. They were a little concerned this might become my permanent office wear when they saw how much I liked it. Let me just say, I always hear women say it's so hard to shop for a man. I can't think of a single guy who doesn't want that. You may have trouble getting him out of the house as quickly as he does. ha ha. In short: great product and incredible customer support!
