We love sensor mixer! No more water drips from wet hands from the tap, nobody touches anything with their hands. BUT this particular builder has a certain amount of annoyance that we are willing to endure. 1 - Recommend installation by a professional plumber (who has done this particular installation before) unless someone in the house has a lot of patience, the right tools and is skilled enough to do 'things' around the house . 2 - Even with professional installation (it had to come back a second time for more adjustments and also to talk to someone in the delta because it turned itself on and off and turned on and off even when I was down and not the next one was to him). It still turns on sometimes when you get close or just because you feel like it. However, it turns itself off again pretty quickly. Although the plumber basically tamed the damn thing. However, Delta still needs to make some adjustments to this product. We also have Delta touch in the kitchen. He watches his manners and doesn't turn on and off on his own. Love it! Turn it on or off with your wrist, elbow, or forehead (yes! Great for raw chicken on your hands!). No puddles of dripping water on the back of the faucet. So choose your fight I guess. Since we LOVE the touch-tap feature, we decided to install another one.
