Used 3 times so far, for fillet steaks, salmon and chicken thighs. It takes a little practice to get the spice right. There aren't many recipes for preparing fish in the cookbook that comes with it. Had to buy a new cooking container because we didn't have a large enough one with the right geometry - I think other cookers come with the bowl/container. The hob works well. I'm glad we went for the higher performance. The meat is tender and delicious!
