I like how easy it is to use and how well it integrates with other systems. It's very intuitive and doesn't require lots of training to get up to speed. The customer service is fantastic as well, they are always willing to help you out and answer any questions you may have. I dislike that there aren't many integrations available for the system. There is nothing in particular that I dislike about the product. Honestly, I can't think of anything that I don't like about it. If I had to pick something, I would say that the price point is a little higher than what I'm used to paying for software. This isn't really an issue because it does work great though. We're using this for our internal communications.
