Good for strength training (250ml)

I use this for strength training, mainly deadlifts and deadlifts. Good product and I would buy again at any time. The size I received will probably last a year or more, but I only use it twice a week. I don't sweat often, but it helps if I do 5x10 deadlifts/pulls when my forearms are dead tired. I add maybe a coin sized spoon and that's probably enough for 3-5 sets of exercises. The only downside I have is that since the liquid is "air activated" you may have to shake the bottle vigorously. bottle curdles. The hole at the top can also clog. That's not a problem for me, but if you're hanging out in the climbing air it might not be the most efficient. This also applies to other alcohol-based liquid chalks.
