So, when I first received it, I really liked it. While it was different from the normal PC setup screen I'm used to on Windows, overall it was pretty easy with a learning curve. The biggest problem I had was that it won't play DVDs with a DVD drive. It should be done with downloading the app and using it that way, but it still doesn't. Because I bought the purpose for my kids to use the DVD for school and now I'm already past the return date if I had known I would have bought a different laptop beforehand. Luckily there is video streaming these days but I would prefer to use the DVD format so we don't have problems with the internet as we live in the country. Great if you need a basic internet access book for schoolwork, but don't expect this. Do something extra or think you can even use an external DVD drive on it. I've seen people say it works, but I can tell you from personal experience that it absolutely doesn't work, and when I called the company about their tutorial DVDs, they confirmed they don't work with Chromebooks.
