This touchscreen is very inconsistent and too sensitive. If there is a fingerprint or something like that, it's not working properly. Also, my laptop is only 4 months old and shuts down for no reason. I've tried everything and updated everything. I have had HP for 3 years, this was a much better laptop. I will not buy another drll

Not very easy to use. Very different from a laptop. Harder to find saved files or even save files. It's been October, and just today he decided not to work. Thought it might be the battery, plugged it in to charge and an hour later I get nothing, it still won't boot. I cannot recommend this product and will probably not buy any other. This is HP's fourth product, even the last laptop I bought lasted just over a year before the base broke. Dissatisfied.

So, when I first received it, I really liked it. While it was different from the normal PC setup screen I'm used to on Windows, overall it was pretty easy with a learning curve. The biggest problem I had was that it won't play DVDs with a DVD drive. It should be done with downloading the app and using it that way, but it still doesn't. Because I bought the purpose for my kids to use the DVD for school and now I'm already past the return date if I had known I would have bought a different laptop

The Chromebook is very light and has a large screen. One thing I don't like is that the keys are white and the backlight makes it difficult to see the keys at night.

My first problem was that they only sent me half the charging cable. I had to call and ask for the rest. You were very kind in sending him over for the night. My second problem was that I connected it to my printer, it worked for about 3 days and then stopped. My settings say it's saved to Chromebook but not printed. I've tried deleting and re-adding it and it won't let me. Since these are HP products, I don't understand the problem.

Very light, love the backlit keyboard. If you know Google Chrome settings, using it is not that difficult. But it needs more apps since it is not Android or PC (Windows).

I probably should have done more research than guessing. I quickly bought it to give to a student. I was disappointed to learn that it doesn't come with Windows or Microsoft Office. In hindsight I should have known, but I was running fast again and guessed wrong. Also, the student likes the car.
