UPDATE 06/09/2017: The seller sent me another set and asked me to try it and update my review. It's very nice that they contacted me and wanted to try to make me happier with their product. The second set works fine.ORIGINAL REVIEW: When I took the cap off of the first stamper, the silicone part fell out, and it fell apart when I tried to insert it back into the stamper. So the first one was ruined immediately. When I used the second one, it would not pick up anything from the plate - the silicone end stayed squeaky clean no matter what I did. I thought there might be a film on the silicone, so I washed it with soap. I watched on-line instructional videos using the same plate and stamper, and they got it to work, no problem. Again, no matter what I did, the nail polish stayed on the plate and the stamper didn't pick up a thing.Very disappointed. It just doesn't work.UPDATE: I read in reviews for other stampers that you may need to "prime" the stamper by using a nail file on it, by wiping it with a cotton cloth, and wiping it with acetone. I did all this, and still nothing. It still doesn't work.
