Follow the basic instructions and they will work great for you!

We have had them for 7 months now and use them at least once a day. We almost didn't buy due to some negative reviews but I'm glad we went for it. I also wanted to wait a bit before writing the review just in case we run into any issues. But based on other people's feedback, I suspect people don't take the time to read instructions. We follow 3 basic rules: don't cook on high heat, don't scrub with a scouring pad and don't use cooking spray. We haven't had any issues and they still work and look like new.
